It is mainly used to produce elbow pipe fittings with various diameters and wall thickness of radius of curvature 1 ~ 2.5d.With the development of deep processing technology of steel pipe, the product has been improved in all directions.The equipment has integrated ultra-short stress line cone die expansion, digital control if induction heating, the application of no back low energy consumption hydraulic transmission technology.All the gates are opened and closed with electromagnetic directional valves, realizing the double control of the gate site and the operation table, and adding a number of automation technologies such as the hydraulic clamping of raw material steel tube, and combining with the thermal expanding pipe machine technology of our factory, we have correspondingly produced four oil cylinder extra large thick elbow pipe fittings pushing machine and other hydraulic pushing equipment.Equipped with an intelligent constant temperature control system for intermediate frequency power heating, the device can realize the functions of one person operating and controlling multiple devices, energy saving, environmental protection, safe operation and so on.
